Paul feehan

Company Director

Paul Feehan is an experienced property developer with over 20 years’ experience across the North West residential sector. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to community growth, Paul has built a career defined by transforming ambitious concepts into tangible residential realities.

Paul’s journey in the industry began in 2004 with Maitland & Selwyn, a recruitment agency specialising in new build housing. This foundational experience provided him with a unique bird’s-eye view of the industry’s human capital before he transitioned into a decade-long tenure at Countryside Properties. During his ten years there, he worked across a diverse range of sites the North West, honing his expertise in the fast-paced and high-pressure world of residential development.

A specialist in the North West markets, Paul has overseen a vast array of complex refurbishments and conversions. He is particularly driven by the social impact of his work, having spent much of his career helping first-time buyers navigate the complexities of the property ladder—a role he describes as one of the most fulfilling aspects of his professional life.

Key Career Milestone:

Paul’s most significant achievement to date is the organic growth of his own development firm. What began as a conceptual sketch on a whiteboard in a spare bedroom was transformed, through seven years of disciplined scaling, into a £12m residential scheme comprising 31 houses.

Paul attributes his success to the strength of the collective. He is a firm believer that a business is only as robust as the people within it, and he takes immense pride in the loyal, multi-skilled team he has assembled. Looking ahead, Paul is focused on heritage-led regeneration. His vision for the future involves tackling large-scale refurbishments—such as decommissioned schools or hospitals—where he can blend historic preservation with modern new-build elements, ensuring a significant portion of every project remains accessible to the next generation of homeowners
